Aethel is a small, independent team — there's no ticket queue and no chatbot in the way. Write to us and one of us reads it. We answer support mail in English and German, usually within two working days.

## Two ways to reach us

- **Email us** — [info@aethel-app.com](mailto:info@aethel-app.com). The fastest route for anything specific: a bug, a purchase, a privacy request, or a question the FAQ doesn't answer.
- **Use the support form** — It asks for the details we'd otherwise have to write back for, so your answer arrives in one round instead of three.

## What we can help with

- **Help with the app** — Something not working, a board you can't export, a widget that won't refresh, or a purchase that didn't unlock? Send us the details — your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong — and we'll get you sorted.
- **Billing and purchases** — Aethel Premium is a one-time purchase handled by Apple, so refunds and receipts go through your App Store account. If you're stuck, write to us and we'll walk you through it.
- **Feature requests** — Aethel is shaped by the women who use it. If there's a grid, a template, a font, or an export size you wish existed, tell us — most of what ships started as an email like yours.
- **Press and partnerships** — Writing about Aethel, or building something you'd like us to be part of? Get in touch and we'll send over screenshots, the app icon, and anything else you need.
- **Privacy and your data** — Boards live on your iPhone, not on our servers. For questions about the data we do process, or to exercise your rights under GDPR, write to the same address — see the [privacy policy](https://www.aethel-app.com/privacy) for the details.

## Response times

Support mail is answered Monday to Friday, usually within two working days. Requests about your personal data are answered within one month, as the GDPR requires. We write back in English or German — whichever you used.
